We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase for all items. The return period includes the delivery time to your address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and unworn, unless there’s a manufacturing defect or the item arrived damaged.
Email us at contact@sutr.store with your order ID and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
The full product price will be refunded. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we inspect and approve the returned item. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
For items returned due to our error or defects, we’ll cover return shipping. For change of mind returns, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and the item’s packaging. We’ll investigate and provide you with either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
